did more exercises than before

whazzup fellas! its a hard day.
since i haven't gone to gym for several months, today i went there.
yeaaap! gue PT deh. setelah lebih dari dua bulan ngga pernah fitness lagi LOL~


saat gue nyampe, trainer gue langsung komentar, "lho, kamu kok tambah gendut gitu sih?"
yaaahhhh down langsung deh gue gyahaha. shit! dan setelah gue nimbang, ternyata...
gue NAEK TIGA KILO! elaaahh. sumpah gue ga nyangka, banyak banget naeknyaaa!


dengan tiga kilo sebagai pemicunya, gue semangat banget latian tadi.
asli gue kaget banget! mungkin karena udah jarang ke sekolah, jadi jarang beraktivitas, apalagi olah raga.
huiikkss. sedih deh gue. lagian gue tuh pengen ya lari2 pagi gitu, tapi mana bisa, gue aja kalo tidur pagi!


tapi ya mau gimana lagi, setelah sekian lama ngga nge gym, gue jadi pontang panting, FYI, gue kuat lho dulu cardio 15 menit, beban 1 jam, terus cardio lagi 20 menit, masih kuat bangeet. tapi sekarang?
elaaahh uda megap2 kek ikan!
tapi gapapa, yang penting berat badan gue bisa
turun at least 5 kilo lah! bukannya naik gini hiiksss.


FYI, kemaren harusnya gue ke sekolah dan latian buat candle light dance. tapi gue tidurnya aja jam stengah 6 pagi, jadi gue bilang ke jordan, pasangan candle gue, gue ngga dateng. hahaha.
tapi pasti kalo sabtu gue dateng kok, gue bakal tidur cepet jum'at nya. soalnya yaaa dua hari berturut2 gue nge gym dan pasti gue capek deh, setelah sekian lama ngga nge gym. gue harus turun at least 3 kilo dulu deeeh! hiksss. kalo boleh 5 kilo amiin. hahaha.


gue sih udah ngga pernah makan malem lagi, tapi gue kebanyakan nyemil deh.
aduuuhhh craaappp!
hahaha. okay, GTG now.
